I've recently started to listen to podcasts... Any WDW recommendations? iTunes had pages and pages of them. I'd specifically enjoy anything news-ish.

They are good too, and the episodes are around 30 minutes, so they are great for a jog, commute, etc.

So far I've sampled:

Stacey and Amanda's Youtube videocasts... very entertaining.

I completely agree with Prezcatz about The WDW Radio Show; very well done, informative, and entertaining.

I also like WDW Today (Matt Hochberg and 2-3 co-hosts); I particularly like that most of the episodes come in under 30 minutes. They aren't as polished or entertaining as WDW Radio, but it's solid and doesn't take alot of time. It's also somewhat testosterone filled which could turn some people off; it kind of reminds me what conversations with my (male) friends might sound like.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend WDW News Today (Tom Corless & company). Argh... I hate that all of these are named so similarly. Anyway, the last 2 episodes were over 2 hours each (I hate that). They seemed to be unedited... very unpolished. I listened to one... it had an organ version of "Colors of the Wind" playing so loud at one point that you couldn't hear what was being said (a post-production error I assume); they played the entire audio to Mickey's Philharmagic in the middle of the podcast (no comments - just 20 or so minutes of the audio portion of the show); and they read (yes, read) each Deluxe counter service menu and then offerred little commentary about each (comments were like "I had the roast beef sandwich; it was good.").

The last 3 all came from iTunes.

I had Inside the Magic (audio only) on my MP3, but it refused to play. I have that queued on my computer and ready to go.

Big thumbs up to Inside the Magic! That's a really top notch podcast. Thanks for all of the recommendations for this one.

I also enjoyed the Magical Definition Podcast which is more of a business-y deal. I've always found Jim Hill (of jimhillmedia.com) to be interesting though.

The only one I have left on my sampling list is Netcot... which, again, won't play on my mp3 player. Hrm.

I tried Netcot this morning and found it to be quite good. I like his sense of humor, there was some good info, and the production values are quite good.

Really? I didn't know that. I usually tell my DH what I want and he gets it, loads it to my ipod and I listen. He's an IT guy so I get to remain stupid of all computer things.
