august park hours!

the walt disney website has posted August hours for MK Epcot, AK and Studios .. but not yet for water parks... just looked again and now the water parks are listed too :)

now I have a question .. the hours are late for the parks .. at least later then we are use to the hours being when we have gone in the spring .. does this indicate that they expect crowds?

mattomouseman thank you :) I was just a little worried, but when I thought about it, I dont think it would matter alot ..even though DH is saying he wont need a rest I really believe he will. the bottom line means that with breaks back at the resort for him to recoup we can go back to the parks in the evenings and it will be cooler. One thing that I have noticed while the heat increases his MS symtoms when he is just standing in it .. it doesnt make a markable increase if he is just sitting in the shade. So evening hours at the parks and early morning with breaks around noon !!!!! :heart

:( sorry. I am excited because these are much longer hours then we are use to. Of course never been in august .. only summer month we ever went in was June and that was so long ago .. I remember the parks being open really late then but also they were very crowded.. but the evenings were always nice. those later closings for when your going .. those were more like what we have been use to in May.

O.K...

...Is there a secret code needed or something?

I just checked the Official site & they don't even have the hours listed for May, June or July, let alone August.

I just checked Disney.com and couldn't find park hours for July. I know these hours were posted at one time because I have the hours printed and I am looking at them right now. I guess the site goes down at times, just keep checking back.

I am hoping when the site is back up the July hours will be extended, I was a little disappointed with the hours. The last time we were at WDW the MK stayed open very late (11 or 12 every night) and Spectro ran twice every night. To only have Spectro run 3 times a week is so sad. I think that that parade is my favorite part of WDW, I watched it both times every night I could.

The site seems to be working fine now. Here's a link to the August hours for all the parks: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wal...rit&date=82003
