Icon5 MNSSHP for adults?

DH and I have annual passes and go to WDW quite often, but have never made it to a MNSSHP. We don't have children, so my question - anyone go to MNSSHP without children? We enjoy everything Disney, but weren't sure if the Party was more for families than for adults. Any information is greatly appreciated!

Re: MNSSHP for adults?

The party is for everyone who wants to have fun. If you want to go give it a try, I don't think you'll be sorry. I've been to MVMCP and the Pirate and Princess Party and had a blast.

Re: MNSSHP for adults?

Our family has never been to MNSSHP, but we've been to the P&PP and MVMCP. Once the kids are out of the house and we found ourselves without kids in WDW during one of these 3 parties...YES! We'd go as an adult couple, it's fun for everyone! Try it, you'll LOVE it!

Re: MNSSHP for adults?

I think the experience is what you make it. I am an adult with no children and I enjoy all the parties, including the Pirate & Princess Party. Honestly, the Halloween Party is worth it alone for the fireworks, the special parade, the atmosphere, and short attraction lines alone. There is "kiddy" stuff from what I've read, like trick or treating, etc. but there is PLENTY for adults to enjoy.

Re: MNSSHP for adults?

I would love to go without my kids! I would also feel so guilty for doing so, so I;m stuck going with them. But I highly suggest going! I also suggest going in costume! You will have a wonderful time and then I want to hear from you as to how much fun you had and how glad you are that you took our advice and went!

Re: MNSSHP for adults?

I'd say go for it if your husband and you both want to. We are going on 10/9/08 with our two kids but I know my husband would never ever ever go if we didn't have children. He'd be much happier eating, drinking or golfing.
