What Does A Ultimate Park Hopper Pass Look Like??[/b]

Does the ultimate park hopper pass/room key look like the park hoppers we have had in the past when staying off property? Im curious as to size and make-up and whether to try and carry 12 of these myself? Thanks

The Ultimate Hopper Pass is tied in with your room key. It still looks like a credit card (lightweight of course) and you should be able to carry a number of them without problem. The Ultimate Hopper Pass is for only those who stay in the WDW Resorts, so it'll be different from the other types of lengthy passes Disney offers.

Yes, you can, but you must check into your resort in order to get the pass. While your room may not be ready first thing in the morning, you can check in, get your park passes, and leave your luggage at the resort, and hit the parks.

like Mickey said .. you sure can .. an example of this .. last year we arrived at AKL at 6:30 in the morning :) we couldnt actually check in till 7 am ..but believe it or not ..we not only got our park passes / room key but we got a room at that time of the day.. it happens believe it or not .. just because check-in time is late in the day doesnt mean you might not get your room earlier, if there is one ready and you dont have to have something special. we had wanted bunk beds ..but they said we could have a room with 2 kings and a day bed if we wanted it right then .. the girls were good with that ..so we took it :) went to the room .. oooh'ed and aaah'ed and then went to breakfast and hit the park! since we drive we always arrive early in the morning so we always have a full first day at the parks

Markypoo-It looks like our avatar's are running at the same speed but you are going to make it to DW way before me! Well, I guess I will just have to read your trip report and let my little pinoch keep skipping along until we get there!

no they dont give you a case ..hey I lose everything .. lost my mind years ago but we have never lost our ticket/key .. I have accidently left one behind in the room ..but guest services ( at AK) gave us a day pass after checking id and where we were staying so I didnt have to go back to our room to get it. every year they are a bit different.

Having seen that posted image of another user's room key (card), that raises a question for me: does each resort have a different-colored, differently-designed room key? When I stayed in WL in 2001, our room key was purple. Does the design for all Disney resorts change yearly, or is done by resort?

The designs are the same for all resorts. The resort is encoded into the numbers on the resort id. This year the design has Tinkerbell on it and is quite pretty.

The room keys this year have Tinkerbell on them!! Different than the ones from last year! I like that, and it will make for more scrapbooking mementos!!
