Thank You to a Special Disney Guest

During our visit to Disney, my son lost his wallet. He was in tears. A lady asked us what was wrong. When I told her, she tried to comfort my son. As we were leaving she ran over and gave him $10. It was so touching.

I don't know if she'll see this posting but I just wanted to thank her! It was such a kind and generous gesture.

She probably won't see it, but we all will. Talk about Disney spirit! It's good to know that people like that still exist in the world. Thanks for sharing the story.:) :)

That is a GREAT story and its too bad that there are not more people like that in this world.... I am sure that the person knows in her heart just how thankful you and your son were.....

Lost Wallet and Special Disney Guest

Further to my son's lost wallet and the kind guest at Disney who gave him some money to cheer him up.

I received a phone call two weeks ago from New York. The person told me they had found my son's wallet. They wanted to be sure that he got it back so they kept it until they could contact us to verify our address. My son received it in the mail yesterday.

Once again a big thank you this time to the family who returned it. It was an invaluable lesson for my son on how important it is to be honest.

I don't know which part of your experience was more impressive, but that is very cool. So often we see what goes on in the world & forget that there are still really good-hearted people out there that do the right thing just because it's right. Thanks for the reminder.
