You buy traders on ebay for no more then $1.50/pin . . . then you trade for the good ones! It is time consuming . . . but it's also fun to be on the hunt!

I have the entire park series one set, plus an extra, unopened set. Not sure how I feel about this set yet. Unfortunately, I won't be at WDW again until Sept. They will probably be gone. I think I know how to determine which is which, buy I'm not sure.

I'll have to think about it and look at the pics some more.

I saw a huge plastic Vinylmation figure of Mickey Mouse at the Art Of Disney sore in Downtown Disney last weekend. He was maybe 5 feet tall - very very cool.

Now I wish I had taken picture - it was the first I had heard or seen of Vinylmation.

Not every gift shop, you really can get them at the Art Of Disney but they're in a few other places. I posted a link.

Well if you all wanna know what the mystery vinylmation is i shall tell you. Its Pongo From the Movie 101 Dalmations.

Vinylmation is a new craze at Disney parks. Wish Upon a Star did a thread about it with all the details when she first saw them.

The are little Mickey's made out of soft vinyl. The come in 3" size and a 9" size.

Artist from all over have decorated them in their interpretation of Disney. Rides, attractions, and movies are represented. Some are definitely cuter than others.

The catch is that they are packaged blind. What that means is that they come in a plain, black box and you have no idea which one is inside. If you should get doubles or ones that you don't care for you can try to find others to trade with.

They are fun to trade and it is fun to see which one you got. The small ones cost around $10, these are the ones to be traded. The larger ones are around $40 (I think, I haven't bought any of those).

There are several different series and all are different. I am personally looking forward to the holiday series to be released later this year.
