Re: help with december egagement
disneyrocks, just call the reservation line: (407) WDW-MAGIC (939-6244)
Tell them what you're planning and they'll connect you to the right person (or at least tell you where to call)

Re: help with december egagement
Wishes is great....another thing to consider is renting one of the pontoon (?spelling) boats and being on the lake. Still able to see the beautiful fireworks above but not crowded with people. Last time we checked into the rentals it was around $250 but may be different now.
Congratulations and I'm sure whatever you decide Disney will be the perfect backdrop and starting point for a happy life together! |

Aww!! Congrats :). What I would do is that if I knew this was her favorite ride, I would do it then. I would also suggest the GF beach, it's great, quite, and you can even see the fireworks while you propose.

Re: help with december egagement
I have the phone number to a specific person who can help you plan any small special events you might want to do. I am currently planning an event with her and she's amazing. If she can't help you with your exact needs she'll definately direct you to someone who can.
If you want her contact info PM me. PS: Just for inspiration I will also tell you that the possibilities are endless. Disney really will make anything happen for you during a special moment. I don't know exactly what you want to do with this but you could do something romantic and more intimate like a private dining experience on the beach or on the balcony at the Grand Floridian with a special cake or engagement-type dessert during fireworks, you can hire a character to make an appearance during your engagement (we once saw SCUBA Mickey come down with a "Will You Marry Me?" sign at Coral Reef), if you wanted a Disney photographer to take special photos of 'the moment' you can do that, you could even rent 'the Grand 1' which is a private yacht based out of the Grand Floridian. Or, you could just whip a ring out in front of the castle or something. The possibilities really are endless.
