old tickets
I have a stack of old park hopper tickets and i know one of them still has a good day on it. How can you tell which one is the good one???

i think you go to guest relations and they can scan them.

WHICH ONE IS GOOD?
I believe you have to bring the tickets to a guest relations window at one of the theme parks or to guest services at one of the resort check-in areas. They will tell you if and how much you have in value. You can then purchase a new pass and they will subtract the value of the old pass. You will not be able to get cash for the old pass. This is what happened to us a few years ago when they were changing to new passes. Have a Magical day!! Joe :)

You should be able to call guest relations and give them the number from the back of your PH ticket. They can tell you how many days you have left.

I tried calling once, Alextina and they said they couldn't tell me over the phone. I maybe should have called for another CM, but I took their word for it.
I took my passes to Guest Services at EPCOT and she scanned all of them. One pass wasn't reading properly but she looked up the history on the computer and issued me a new ticket for the one day left.

Not sure why my post showed up twice.:hmmm , anyhow, I guess it looks like you will have to take your tickets with you to have them scanned. I could have swarn I read or heard something about calling to check your PH status, oh well.:dazed

I did get the info last year over the phone. I called the general WDW line (407-WDisney) and they gave me another number to call. I remember the office I called only had 9-5 hours, but don't remember the #.

We had hoppers that were about 3 years old and we couldn't remember if we had a day left on them. We took them to Guest Relations at one of the Parks (MK ) and they gave the OK and we simply used them at the gate with no problem.
Have a great day. Wouldn't it be good if the hoppers were valid at both WDW and Disneyland , California ? |
