My plan of action is to see as much of Epcot as we can on early entry day. That's Wednesdays right?

I assume that Mission Space is open for early entry, can anyone confirm this?

Which should we line up for first, Mission Space (would have to babyswap this one) or Test Track (where we can all ride as a family)?

Or is early entry a bad idea?

The one time I tried Epcot's early entry last April,when i drove there from the All-Stars,i found that,facing Spaceship Earth,they had all the cars park in the EXTREME left of the parking lot. I was having none of that,so I went and parked in the handicap parking lot(I had my mother's sticker). even then,the ONLY turnstile open was at the extreme right of the entrance plaza. I thought that was pretty poor of Disney to force people to walk an extra 2 tenths of a mile before even setting foot in the park.

Yes, Wednesday is Epcot's day for early entry, though it's now called the Extra Magic Hour. I can't confirm it, but because of its popularity I'm sure Mission: Space is one of the attractions that will be open early.

I don't know if the Fast Pass machines operate during the Extra Magic Hour, but if they do I'd head to Mission: Space first and get Fast Passes. Then, if the wait is short I'd get in the Standby line and ride Mission: Space right away and come back later to use the Fast Pass to ride again (assuming you like it). If the wait is long, I'd head next door and ride Test Track and then come back and use the Fast Pass for Mission: Space.
