Day 1 Travel Day
Well here it is finally the start of my trip report.
Day One- This was our travel day we both took the day off work. Our original flight was supposed to leave at 9 pm but i called Northwest to see if we could fly stand by on the 6 pm flight. What luck we had they said it was no problem to fly stand by. So off to the airport we went at 4 pm. Checked our bags in with no problem and the lady at the counter was nice enough not to charge us for our 52 pound bag. (that really started out the trip right!!) Next we headed to the gate to get our seat assignments and more happy things happened. My DB and I are very tall so we asked for emergency exit seating (for the extra leg room) and the ticket agent was great even left the seat between us empty so we had plenty of room!!! That really started out our trip right., ( you just never know what will happen at the ticket counters) We had a good flight and arrived right on time. Got off the plane and headed to get our bags and had no problems with that either. Then off to Budget to pick up our Ranger. That went awesome as well! They gave us a silver ranger and off we were. We headed for our first three nights at All Star Movies., Checked in very quickly and we were assigned to The Love Bug section on the 3rd floor. Very quiet area. Only bad thing was the beds! 2 full size beds.. We ended up having our own separate beds all 3 nights because we are jsut to tall to share a full size bed. Headed to the food court had dinner and then off to bed. Great travel day!!

Sounds like a great first day except for the beds. That kinda stinks. Can't wait to read the rest. BTW = thanks for sending the email pic from Epcot. It was cool to put a face wit the name.

Ditto -- I'm also glad you were able to send the postcard. Northwest seems to be trying much harder these days. I'm so glad you got in earlier and that, except for the beds, getting there was part of the MAGIC.:) :) :) :)

Sounds like the start of a magical trip. I know where you are coming from with the beds, I am not a tall person but the double beds at the value and mods are just too small for me.
