Best days to visit each park ??
Hey...all of you "pros" out there....can anyone give me advice as to which parks would be best on which days?? I know what all of the guide books say...but, I want to hear from someone who has lived it and can give me some good first hand info!

From many years of personal experience, I would say that you should do MK on a mid-week day. Most people who come to WDW with small children spend the most time in MK. If you were to go on the weekend, you would not only have resort guests, but also FL residents. I also find that MK is the first place that many people choose to go on their first day hitting the parks. AK or Epcot is best on the weekend or really anytime for that matter. AK is not typically very crowded since it is the newest and has the least rides. Or it could just be that there are so many trees and you can't get the panoramic view of the masses like at MK or Epcot. MGM can generally be done in the first part of the week when everyone else is at MK. Just remember that you need to be a little flexible in your plans. Just because you has PS at a MK restaurant on a certain day, does not mean that you have to stay there all day. We kind of play it by ear. If we get to a park that looks very crowded first thing in the morning, we head over to another park. We sometimes try to get back over to the first park later in the day and find the crowds somewhat less. We generally have good luck with this technique. Of course, if you are going in the summer or a really high volume time, you may just have to deal with the crowds where ever you go. Good Luck!

I agree about MK-avoid it on weekends and Mondays if you can. that is not always possible is you have small ones becasue that is the first place they want to go and if you arrive on Sat. or Sun. they can't wait to go there. Some suggest going to Epcot first because if the kids go to MK first they will expect the same type rides as the MK (although Epcot is getting more rides that will thrill children like TT and the new Soaring) I have heard that AK is a littlel more crowded the beginning of the week because it is the newest park and many have not been there. We went last time on a Friday and waited no longer than 10 min. for anything. Unless you are eligible for Early Entry do not go to an EE park that day.
