Does anyone have a clue when Soarin' over California will be opening in Epcot?

The new attractions being built are for the big celebration of Disneyland's 50th birthday in 2005. All the parks will join in on that celebration.

Only thing to look for this year will be Stitch's Great Escape - late this year though.

Does the new ride (Mt. Everest?) at Animal Kingdom open in 2005 also?

Two new ones for us will be MS and Philharmagic!! Can't wait!!!

There was a lot of prep work before they could even start this ride though. For example, they had to extent Asia way past the rapids AND build a new bridge from Dino-rama. That's why it is taking longer. They are building new restrooms, shops, and other venues. Have no clue how far along the ride is though.

Okay so I already know I'm going back to WDW in 2005 but 2006 was questionable with the fam and now I have fire power! When we go in 2005 I am going to purposefully go by the construction of Everest and get everybody excited about it and then say well we will have to come back next year if you want to see it! :whistle: :whistle:

i just got back from DW on the 10th of January and got a look at Everest. The bridge to dinoland is built already. You can get a good look at the construction from the entrance to Tarzan Rocks. I don't know exactly what the ride will be but the construction site is HUGE. I can't wait :p
