Dream Maker... Which one is worth the price?

Just had a real quick question. The wife and I, and one of our childhood friends are going to WDW this Nov. We are staying at the WL. My question was about the Dream Maker packages. Is it worth it to go with either the Silver or Gold packages (mostly just for the meals included), or would it be cheaper in the long run to just go with the Dream Maker or pay for all our meals seperately?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Chris

We go a couple times a year if time and money allows. I've priced the packages and then deducted the cost of the tickets and the price of the meals. And every way around I found the packages to be much more expensive. If you have the money to waste then someone takes care of all the planning for you. Personnel I find the planning just as fun as the vacation. Were going in November also. With a triple a card you may get up to 20% off your hotel. And discount on your park tickets. The beauty of making your reservation with the Disney direct is if any specials come up befor then theres no charge to cancel and make new ones. Any more questions I'll be happy to answer.Tina :D

Here's a very good thread were I broke down the good and bad and the expense vs. the actual cost of everything we did using the Silver Wish package. hope this helps and please note that we could have came out more ahead if my wife had not got sick, however you really have to work at it to get the wishes to be cheaper for you.

I am not using wishes again in the future, although we had fun using them on that particular trip. :D
