Epcot's most beautiful spot

Hi to my new Disney allies! I am just so happy to discover that there are other fanatics out there, I just had to send a post to tell about my favorite thing at WDW... only you all will understand me! My family thinks I am nuts, but, here goes:
I always arrange to have our first evening at Epcot, so I can arrive just as the sun is going down. We enter through the International Gateway, so I can see the darling boats steered by captains in crisp white uniforms. And when we walk past all the romantic streetlamps and beautiful plantings to go across the footbridge toward the France Pavilion, I am struck by the perfection of the scene, the smells of the flowers and the beauty of the lights, and I always start to cry! This is the most beautiful spot in all of WDW.

I can imagine that is a great spot, but I LOVE riding the monorail in becuase it circles the park and then returns. The site of walking up to Spaceship Earth is just WOW.

ooooooh .. meee toooooooo!!!!!!

But for me - my very favorite thing is just to walk down main street in MK .. especially at night with all the twinkly lights, and the smells and sounds - oh-man-oh-man-oh-man-oh-man ... I am convinced I am in heaven :heart :heart

Just about anywhere along the walkway in world showcase is a great scene when the torches are first lit near dusk.

World Showcase at night is great, especially since RoE began and they added those big torches. That atmosphere is so powerful. I also really love the way the sunset glistens off Spaceship Earth.

My favorite spot at Epcot is right when you walk in. I just love seeing that big ball looming overhead!
