You can book the fireworks cruises through 407-WDW-play. I don't know the current rates sorry.

It runs $120 (I think it was). We just booked this for our next trip. Do a search for wishes and cruise and you can get a little more information. I think alot more people on this site have done the Illuminations cruise though.
Remember to call early on Day 90 if you want to reserve a boat. They go FAST!
