Join the Club! It is a very prestigious group!! I love that DVD, I think it is the best one in years. I watch it at least two or three times a week. Helps relieve the DW depression syndrome that I have.:dazed

Is the DVD the same as the Family Gatherings VHS? I have a video from about 2 years ago for the 100 Years Celebration and the Family Gatherings is much better.

We love to pop our tape in every week or 2 just to watch.

Mine is officially titled "Walt Disney World Magical Gatherings" and its in a "Vacation Planning kit" that has all sorts of brochures and maps inside.
It really is great for planning trips.

It has to be fairly recent, because there is information in there and some great video about Mission Space, and about the new DVC property, Saratoga Springs.

My DVD is specifically for bringing large groups (8 or more) to WDW but I think there's a different one for smaller groups also.

I ordered it by calling the same place you call to do your PS and room reservations. It took about three weeks to get here - but it was worth the wait.

LOL - last night, DH was heard to complain, "Do we really have to watch this ... AGAIN?"
:laugh :laugh

Too funny all! I too watch that DVD over and over again. So I guess I'm a Disney geek too. DH, DD, & DS all seem to think so too. So I guess welcome to the club. LOL

My mom thinks there is something wrong with me, all three times that I've seen the WDW commercial where the little boy puts his Winnie the Pooh plushie in his dad's suitcase so he won't be lonely on his business trip... *starts sobbing*....I lose it. And I mean, LOSE it. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I love Pooh...

I bought a DVD haven't had time to watch the whole thing since i got home in may though. !00 Years of Magic: The Walt Disney Story, I think.

My kids and I watch the video every year before we go, and we pick a spot that looks good on the video, and we decide before we leave to take a picture in that exact spot, and we make it part of our trip... Sounds stupid, right? But the pics I have (in front of the Walt/Mickey statue, at the potted plants in Italy, by the Keister Coaster at Boardwalk... ) they are the best photos we have ever taken! The Disney marketing gurus can really pick the best backdrops!
