I have one question. We've stayed at the ASMusic last year and are staying at PC this year. My question is this: Is our room number already designated or will it be chosen at check-in? Can we request a bottom floor close to the parking lot?

You can always request a certain area,but they might not be able to fulfill your request. 5 days before your trip,send them a nice fax letter with your request and they will do their best to accomodate you.

You also can call the reservation center and ask them to add a request to your reservation. I did this and it worked. A lot of people here have reported that some resorts no longer look at faes. I would assume PC is one of those, because of the sheer size of the resort.
