Italy - Masquerade Ending??!!
I read something this morning which suggested that the Italian Masquerade will be ending the April. :(
Does anyone really know about this? We would be SOOOO bummed. We saw it last year and we loved it. We have pictures with the kids and most of the troupe and we'd love to be able to see it again when we go back in May.

Yes, they are ending, but unfortunately I don't have a date.
The artisans in the World Showcase all have contracts to stay in the US for certain lengths of time. When their contract is up, they can apply to stay longer (or if Disney wants them to stay longer) or they can choose to go home. They are truly beautiful, aren't they? They always seemed very popular - maybe they miss their home country, and have some opportunities there.
