Re: Testing of Extra Magic Hours in May
i am extremely hopeful of this being extended into july. DW and DS are definitly not morning people so the possibility of them being able to sleep
would make them very happy.

Re: Testing of Extra Magic Hours in May
Ok the june calander is up and no e-ride nights are posted yet. The test will stop running the 22nd. EMH will go back to being one hour beforehand on the 23rd.
I just wonder why no e-ride's have been scheduled yet?

Re: Testing of Extra Magic Hours in May
I like the idea of evening extra hours, but how do they kick everyone else out? Are those without wristbands escorted to the nearest exit, or what? I never have done e-ride nights because it didn't seem worth the extra expense. If you use the early moring time you have just as much time to do it all several times.

Re: Testing of Extra Magic Hours in May
Karliebug,
The people that stay after that do not have wristbands are not allowed on the attractions. It gets a lot of the guests upset cause then they ask where they can get one, but they're not resort guests. Having worked and e-ride or two I have had to shoo off many a guest. No one is actually escorted out, but after trying to get on rides with no luck they more often leave upset. I don't know how they get everyone who doesn't have a wristband out, but they do. Sometimes I think there's a break in between the nightly activities and closing, in which we let everyone who doesn't have a wristband think it's officially closing and they head out at least thats what we do for e-ride.

I'll be interested to see how they do it. One of my fondest memories was back in 1995 when we had the last seating at the Liberty Tree Character Meal. By the time we got out, MK was closed. It was so much fun walking through MK that was nearly empty. That's one of the reasons I like EMH, not only are the lines shorter, but you really get to enjoy the beauty of the parks.
