OK it was c.
We were walking towards RNR when a cast member came up to us and said, "Where are you headed?" We said we were going to get in line for RNR and she replied, "Lines? We don't like lines." and proceded to guide my wife and son (I actually did not ride, but I still am saying I won) through the back way, past some office areas and right to the front of the line. They did not even have to watch the pre-ride video. FYI, while we were at WDW, we saw three groups of people win Million Dream prizes on the bridge to Frontierland. No guarantee, but just something we witnessed.

The only prize we witnessed someone winnning was a family that got pulled out of the end of the Winnie the Pooh line and sent to the front (and that line was at least 45 minutes, so it was a GREAT prize!). We did see a couple famlies with the super fastpasses (don't know the 'real' name of it, lol).
