The castle looked like cindy's ol castle to me when I was there a few weeks ago. I don't know if they are adding anything later on in the celebration or not, but it looked like it was just going to be plain ol caslte.

I think you will get your wish. I like plain ol castle too, but must say that I did enjoy the silver and gold version too.

I was at MK a few days ago and they were repainting part of the castle! I think you can expect the plain old castle, only bighter and newer!

I really liked how the castle looked for the 50th Celebration. I'd like to start a petition to bring the mirror back. WHO'S WITH ME??!!!

I hated the mirror, but let's face it... the gold trim was AMAZING! So creative and delicate! I loved, Loved, LOVED the gold trim!

Somewhere on this site are some pics somebody took of all theamazing details in the gold trim... it was theming at its best. I wonder if anyone could every buy a bit of that trim? Maybe Peter Pan in flight, or some mice hiding on the balcony?
