Well thats good to know. I've been a member here for some time but I haven't been able to go back to the world since 2002. I joined after that trip and have been reading post ever since. I'm only 22 and don't have all of the knowledge many people here do. I have learned so much over the past years. Thanks again!!!

Haven't been since 2002? You are in for some surprises...you are going to love all the new stuff. Expedition Everest in the Animal kingdom is AWESOME! I am so happy to hear that this site has been so helpful to you! Keep asking questions...we all love to help as much as we can~

New since 2002:
Wishes fireworks at the Magic Kingdom...not to be missed!
Philharmagic show at magic kingdom....my favorite 3D show...awesome!
Updates version of the pirates of the carribean...johnny depp has been added amoung other things to focus a bit on the movie series
The laughing floor - interactive show at the MK..I haven't done it yet becasue it opened after my trip last year

Epcot:
Mission Space...not for the faint of heart or the claustrophobic...intense ride that my DD's loves..I hate it..lol
Soarin - FANTASTIC!
New boat ride in Mexico...not even sure if that's open yet..lol
Entirely new living with the seas. It now has a nemo ride and a show called turtle talk that's interactive.

MGM:
Stars and motorcars parade...Hades is in it and he's my fav so I love that parade
Lights, motor action stunt show....haven't seen it, but it gets good reviews
One man's dream...dont know if that was open in 2002 or not...can't remember

AK:
Nemo musical
Expedition Everest...pretty cool coaster...not intense in the least, but awesome with the special effects.

I am sure there are more new stuff, but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Well it sounds like we will have plenty of new things to keep us busy. I was able to ride Mission Space when I was there, they were testing it with soft openings at specific times and certain days. It was definately intense and my dad and I loved it.

Cool...wasn't sure when you were there in 2002. My DD loves that ride...I have only gone on once and almost died from being that closed in..lol The spinning didn't even bother me...it's that locked in feeling I didn't care for.

My dad and I are very much thrill ride people. It can mess with your head a little but I will definately be riding it again.

You are going to love Expedition then. Again, not a super intense coaster, but very cool ride. I am a thrill ride junkie and I love this coaster. It's smooth, quick and the special effects are pretty neat. RnR beats the snot out of intense-wise, but it's still worth a couple of turns on.

I've heard a lot of good things about Expedition Everest. My girlfriend and her family went last summer and rode Everest and they raved about it. I'm hoping she will be able to go with my family this summer and she constantly tells me how much she loved it and she wants me to ride it.
