My whole family got them (Dream Fast Passes) while waiting in line for photos with Mickey in MGM. (We only used one fastpass and left the park early so we gave them to a young couple who was entering the park while we were leaving.) They guy even offered me money after I gave them to him. I told him to just enjoy them.
Also, earlier that same day, I was on ToT alone and everyone in the "TV room" got a dream - those silver and blue Mickey Mouse ears. That was a lucky day for me - I should have played the lottery.

i have been there twice this year and haven't gotten any dreams yet maybe when we go back in october i did see alot of people getting them in june they were sooooo happy
