Why is there a year of a million dreams? It's the theme of this year.
What's different about WDW? I'm not sure I understand the question--different from what? Other theme parks? You might want to pick up a guide book and do some research so you know what you're getting into before you go.

Or do you mean what's different about this year with the Million Dreams? If so, you might see the Dream Squad walking around handing out special Mickey ears, lanyards, pins. You might see CM giving people wishes (like free popcorn or ice creams). You might see people getting Dream Fast Passes for every FP ride in the park.....or you might see someone win an ultimate dream prize. If you look at Allearsnet's "Wandering the World' one of their readers got a night in the Cinderella Suite.

Looks like your question has been answered. They have CMs that do nothing but walk around and pass out goodies. I only saw 1 Dream CM duriing my last 2 trips, but I saw lots of people with the Dream Fast Pass.
